Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a focus on ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse team, managing budgets, and driving the overall success of our restaurant and catering services.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, food prep, sanitation, menu and potential catering services to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
Supervise staff across the back of the house, providing training and support to enhance performance.
Implement effective food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu offerings.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in food management within a restaurant setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with catering operations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
A passion for food service and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
