Job Type: Part-time (Day or Evening Shift)

Job Summary:

Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Process payments and verify credit card transactions
Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest records using hotel management software
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Support team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hotel front desk experience required
Experience with hotel management systems required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
