Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking an Office Specialist to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who will be responsible and accountable for analyzing, adjusting, collecting and dealing with our customers’ accounts. This applicant will be working directly with our other RSI sites to support both Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable functions as well as process vendor invoices and assist with payment activities.

In this position the Office Specialist will support the collections process by working with account owners and other internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can work independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable concepts will be required. This position is a good fit for an entry-level candidate with at least one year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash applications, and/or account reconciliations.
