Full Job Description

A manufacturer in Sioux Falls, SD currently hiring a full-time Plant Manager.

We are looking for a an experience Plant Manager to oversee day to day operations and personnel.

Manage and supervise production employees and first-line supervisors
Ensure scheduling and coverage for 24 hour a day operation
Train, coach, and lead production staff in correct work procedures
Maintain a safe working environment
Willingness to work alongside production employees
Ensure company procedures and policies followed by employees, vendors, and visitors
Communicate with employees on all shifts
Hiring and termination of plant employees
Communicate with multiple departments, supervisors, and leadership team
Conduct performance reviews
Ability to be responsive to after hours questions

Strong leadership ability
High mechanical aptitude
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated
Detailed and organized
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
Tech savvy with strong computer skills

Compensation

Competitve starting pay and benefits; rate of pay dependent on prior related work experience
