REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 1-year experience as Licensed Dentist (DEN) within the last 3 years at California
Must have a current and active California Licensed Dentist (DEN)
Must have updated BLS from American Heart Association
Must have Driver's License
Must have CURES/DEA
Licensed Dentist (DEN) with Clean Background
Must have Updated Resume
