OTE is $85,000/yr with the top 50% of reps earning $100,000+.

- Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
- Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk!
- Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy
- Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
- Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
- Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their every day risk!
- Learn every day and practice with your team.

Responsibilities of a Remote Inside Sales Representative
- Manage and organize a sales pipeline
- Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads
- Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk
- Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
- Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client
