About

Headquartered in Ivyland, PA, Neu Dynamics is a United States owned and operated custom plastic injection molding company with over forty years of experience in injection mold designs and tooling for the thermoplastic and thermoset injection molding industry. Our services and expertise in manufacturing and injection mold designs ranges from modular tooling (either custom or standardized frame styles) to fully dedicated multi-cavity/multi-drop hot runner systems.

We are looking for a CNC Machinist with experience programming and operating Sinker EDM's. This individual will be responsible for programming and operating our Sinker EDM , and be a major contributor in our Warminster, PA headquarters.

Position Title: CNC Machinist (Sinker EDM)

Location: Ivyland, PA

Responsibilities:

Program and manufacture various product lines on Sinker EDM machines.

· Hold required high precision tolerances during manufacturing.

· Troubleshoot errors and variable conditions in the machining process.

· Conduct proper maintenance on EDM machines as required.

· Follow shop safety rules at all times.

· Schedule jobs to maximize unmanned machine hours.

· Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude.

· Work well in a team environment or independently as needed.

· Identify and report equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Safety and Compliance:

· Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience programming and operating Sinker EDM’s.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming.
Strong understanding of machining tools and techniques.
Experience with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Standing, bending, and working on machines for extended periods.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
