Full-Time / Year-Round Property Manager & Home Inspector

Basecamp Management | Telluride, CO

Basecamp Management has been providing high-level residential property management services in Telluride since 2006. We are highly regarded by homeowners, clients, guests, employees, and the local subcontractors we work closely with. We take pride in maintaining exceptional properties and delivering outstanding owner and guest experiences, working proactively and always going above and beyond for our clients.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Year-Round Property Manager & Home Inspector to oversee the care, maintenance, and overall performance of our property management and vacation rental homes.

Position Overview

This is a high-level, multi-faceted, hands-on role responsible for overseeing, scheduling, managing, and following up on the year-round care of our properties. The ideal candidate is proactive and , highly detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest property and company standards while ensuring 100% owner and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage our year-round maintenance and care of residential properties
Conduct detailed property inspections and identify maintenance needs proactively
Coordinate and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, owners, guests, and internal team members
Ensure properties remain in excellent condition at all times
Support a high-quality owner and guest experience through clear communication and follow-through
