About Us

Renova Med Spa is a growing luxury medical spa in Temecula dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care while helping our clients look and feel their best.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about aesthetics and wellness.

Job Overview

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part-Time

Duties

Under the supervision of the Medical Director and within the California LVN scope of practice, responsibilities include:

Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Obtain and document patient medical history, allergies, medications, and vital signs.
Prepare patients for treatments and procedures.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Administer intramuscular injections, including Vitamin B12, MIC injections, and other prescribed wellness injections.
Assist with IV hydration therapy and wellness infusions (training provided if needed).
Perform venipuncture and blood draws for laboratory testing and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures.
Prepare PRP specimens according to clinic protocols.
Assist physicians and providers during aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and PRP treatments.
Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre-care, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Monitor medication and medical supply inventory.
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with providers and administrative staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

Required

Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Preferred

Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, family practice, or wellness clinic.
Experience with venipuncture and blood draws.
Experience with IV therapy.
Experience assisting with PRP and aesthetic procedures.
Experience using EMR systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is a plus.
