Job Summary

Pacific Sun Technologies, one of Southern California's Premier Residential Solar Companies, is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results driven Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of our in-house marketing efforts. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys developing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and generating qualified homeowner leads that help drive sales growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns focused on residential solar and battery storage.
Generate qualified homeowner leads through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, SEO, PPC, and local community outreach.
Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create engaging content including videos, blogs, newsletters, customer testimonials, and promotional materials.
Coordinate marketing initiatives with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
Manage our website content and optimize online lead generation.
Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and continually improve ROI.
Build relationships with local organizations, events, and referral partners.
Assist with branding, advertising, trade shows, home improvement events, and community outreach.
Stay current on industry trends, utility rate changes, and residential solar incentives to create timely marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or business development.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Creative thinker with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable analyzing data and making marketing decisions based on performance metrics.
Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus.
Residential solar, home improvement, or construction industry experience is highly desirable.
