Beauty Lounge Medical Spa is an award-winning, provider-led medical spa dedicated to delivering natural, evidence-based aesthetic medicine through comprehensive treatment planning and exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about aesthetics, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to practice at a high level, work with advanced technologies, and continue growing professionally alongside an experienced team.
Position Details
Location: San Marcos, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
- 1-2 weekdays per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday)
- Must be available for at least two Saturdays per month
- Opportunity for additional shifts as the practice continues to grow

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate facial anatomy and provide recommendations for full facial balancing.
- Educate patients on treatment options, timelines, expected outcomes, and maintenance plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures safely and confidently while maintaining the highest standard of patient care.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through trust, education, and excellent outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical documentation.
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with estheticians and other providers to create multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Cross-recommend skincare, regenerative procedures, laser treatments, wellness services, and memberships when appropriate.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, and clinical training.
- Represent Beauty Lounge Medical Spa professionally in person and on social media.
Required Clinical Experience
Candidates should have experience performing or managing the following:
Injectable Aesthetics
- Facial balancing
- Full-face assessment
- Neuromodulators
- Hyaluronic acid fillers
- Biostimulators (Radiesse®, Sculptra®)
- PRF
- PRF Gel
Skin Rejuvenation
- Microneedling
- RF Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Acne management
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- ZO® Skin Health protocols
Laser Experience
- Laser hair removal
- IPL photorejuvenation
- Laser skin resurfacing
- Laser tattoo removal
Wellness Services
- IV hydration
- GLP-1 medical weight loss consultations and management
- Hormone optimization (preferred)
QualificationsRequired
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 years of aesthetic medicine experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong consultation and patient education skills
- Experience creating comprehensive treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical aesthetic practice
Preferred
- Advanced injector training
- Laser Physics certification
- Experience with multiple aesthetic laser platforms
- Experience with Aesthetic Record EMR
- Social media content creation or willingness to participate in educational marketing
- Passion for continuing education and advanced aesthetic techniques
