Full Job Description

The Call Center Representative is the first contact providing support to members, health plans, providers, and others. Before we support others, we support each other with uplifting team culture and a positive work environment. The Call Center Representative handles inbound calls for the entire network. Their responsibility is to provider excellent customer service by responding to incoming calls, answering questions and inquiries, providing necessary information. The Representative will occasionally make outbound calls to welcome new members, assist member inquiries and questions, or gather more information. The goal is to ensure member satisfaction and retention while handling complaints and concerns timely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering phones professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints.
Manage the call lifecycle.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources as necessary.
Following up complicated calls where required (both internally and externally).
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Obtaining all relevant data for complete ticket management and response.
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Full-time, on-premise position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, specifically verbal.
Bi-lingual preferred.
Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Good computer skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.

Skills and Specifications:

Able to react effectively and calmly under pressure.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Education:

Medical Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
