ASC is hiring for both experienced, and entry level, staff for Behavior Therapists / Registered Behavior Technician positions in Murrieta, Perris, and surrounding Inland Empire cities. We have part time positions available with the possibility of full time in the future if desired. Afternoon availability (after 2:30 pm is required).

- You will work alongside highly trained 1:1 therapists, case supervisors, clinical directors, psychologists, marriage and family therapists and researchers.
- We develop and implement individualized treatment programs to promote skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- ABA therapists are trained to implement 1:1 behavior intervention programs across settings (homes, schools and in various community settings).
- Therapeutic techniques utilized include DTT, Natural Environment Training and social skills training
- You will collaborate and engage with behavior treatment teams and get specific feedback from the supervisors on teaching strategies and reductive behavior techniques.
- ABA therapists also collect data to demonstrate each client’s progress toward reaching his or her goals on a company-issued iPad.
Late afternoon availability (3 pm to 6 pm) is required with opportunities in the future for morning hours. The Behavior Therapist will be assigned to clients located in Murrieta, Perris and surrounding Inland Empire cities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be over 18 with a minimum of a High School Diploma
- Experience working with children
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- RBT Preferred (training and certification available for those without RBT)
- Weekday afternoon availability required (3 pm - 6 pm)
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- No past criminal history
- Must clear DOJ/FBI background check
- Must pass TB test
