Third Party Property Management- Services is excited to announce an opportunity for an Property Coordinator!

Do you take pride in offering Great Customer Service? As an Property Coordinator you’ll apply your great customer service skills, work collaboratively in a team, and manage employee tasks.

Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming calls and emails to the main line
Provide administrative support for colleague
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
Maintain accurate records and data entry related to property operations
Problem-Solving
Assist with payroll processing and form management
Coordinate service requests, coverage, and invoicing
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Oversee facility services, including custodial, landscaping, and security needs
Collaborate and share ideas to improve workflow and efficiency

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills
*Must be bilingual in Spanish*
Administrative experience, including data entry and filing
Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building abilities
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Highlight your ability to work independently and manage tasks without requiring constant supervision.
Demonstrate your ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Showcase your knack for thinking outside the box to develop unique ideas or improve processes.
Emphasize your adaptability and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge or master new tools.

Required Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
After 60 days, the role may be considered to add one hybrid workday.
In-office role, located in close proximity between Temecula/Murrieta (92562)
