Receptionist-Fantastic Opportunity

Take your dental career to the next level at West Coast Dental! We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team! If you have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people, we would love to meet you. This is a full-time in person position.

What we are looking for in a receptionist:

What your responsibilities will be:

Greet patients.
Check-in and check-out patients
Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities.
Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts.

Keep the reception area neat and clean.
Check emails and voicemails- Respond in a timely manner.
Communicate with other departments for support.
Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person.
