POSITION: HR Administrator – FULL TIME

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM Monday - Thursday & 6 AM to 12 PM on Fridays (Flexibility to work OT based on business needs)

Work Requirement: Paid Hourly-In Office Position (Immediate start available)

Description:
As a member of our HR team, this position’s responsibilities will involve benefits administration, along with employee time tracking, onboarding processes for new hires, assisting managers and supervisors with company policy and values communication, as well as various other HR administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and administer employee benefits.

· Monitor FMLA, Disability, LOA’s.

· Onboarding including E-Verify and AZ New Hire Reporting.

· Offboarding – closing out employee files.

· Helping with the Substance Abuse Testing process.

· Monitor and track employee reviews.

· Assist HR Recruiter with various recruiting needs.

· Employee Relations.

· Employee Daily/Weekly Time Tracking duties include working closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate tracking of employee’s time worked by department and job. Along with final review and preparation to pass on to Payroll Specialist.

· Logging employee absenteeism by screening employee call-out line.

· Manage employee time off requests and calendar.

· Other misc. tasks on as needed basis.

Skills Required:

· High attention to detail, complete, accurate and timely completion of responsibilities.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Professionalism to be able to work well with internal departments and customers.

· Problem solving skills and the ability to see what comes next.

· Ability to get ahead and be proactive in a fast-paced work environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat, along with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
