About Reset Mind & Body

Reset Mind & Body is Paradise Valley's premium wellness and recovery studio. We offer cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression, and contrast therapy in a clean, calm, and professional environment built for driven, health-conscious individuals who take their recovery as seriously as their performance.

Our members do not come here to pass the time. They come because they are intentional about how they feel and how they perform. The Studio Manager is the person who makes that experience possible, every day.

The Role

You set the standard, build the system, coach the people, and own the results. You lead a team of Guidance Specialists and are accountable for what that team produces.

Performance is visible daily. Standards are non-negotiable. There is no ambiguity about whether expectations are being met.

Two outcomes define this role above all others:

Growing membership through confident, consistent sales and lead conversion

Retaining the members you have through experience, connection, and proactive care

Everything else exists to support those two outcomes.

What You Own

Sales and Lead Conversion

Own lead follow-up: respond promptly, follow up consistently, close with confidence

Oversee the first-visit experience from booking through membership offer

Drive referral culture and new member acquisition

Meet weekly sales targets and hold your team accountable to theirs

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop 3 to 5 Guidance Specialists

Set clear expectations, run structured training, and enforce a defined standard

Build accountability into the team culture, not just the role

Participate in hiring decisions; terminations require Director of Operations approval

Member Experience and Retention

Ensure every member feels welcomed, known, and genuinely supported

Proactively identify members who are disengaging and act before they cancel

Create moments that members notice and talk about

Organize at least one community event per month

Studio Operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational studio at all times

Own scheduling and labor balance: full coverage without overspend

Coordinate vendors, repairs, and preventive maintenance

Ensure CPR compliance and safety readiness across the team

Reporting and Visibility

Track and report daily KPIs: revenue, leads, bookings, conversions, and attendance

Deliver a structured weekly report to the Director of Operations

Communicate issues early, in writing, with a proposed path forward

What We Are Looking For

Sales instinct grounded in genuine care: you understand that closing and connecting are not in conflict

A coaching mindset: your benchmark is how well your team performs, not just how well you do

Full ownership of outcomes regardless of circumstances

Proactive communication: the right people are informed without being asked

An eye for what others miss: the member who has gone quiet, the follow-up that slipped, the standard that dropped

2 or more years in a sales-forward environment: fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a comparable service role

This Role Is Not Right If

You need reminders to follow up or check in on your team

You avoid difficult conversations with staff or members

Your sense of responsibility ends when your shift does

You are more comfortable managing tasks than developing people

Direct, face-to-face selling is outside your comfort zone

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, a successful Studio Manager will have:

Taken full ownership of daily operations with minimal escalation to leadership

Established clear expectations with the team and built a consistent coaching rhythm

Demonstrated steady sales activity and early membership conversion results

Delivered clean, timely KPI reports each week

Created a studio environment that members notice and return to
