Full Job Description

Overview:

Mirabella at Arizona State University is a vibrant university-based retirement community located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and deliver an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and routing inquiries appropriately.
Assist residents and visitors with questions, directions, and general support both in person and over the phone.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages while maintaining accurate records.
Support front desk operations by maintaining organization, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hr DOE

About You

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
