Registered Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric Care - Full-Time DAY and NOC shifts

As the largest freestanding Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, we provide comprehensive, patientcentered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substanceuse challenges. Schedule Requirements

Willing to work a 12-hour Day shift 0700-1900
Willing to work a 12-hour NOC shift 1900-0700
3 12-hour shifts per pay period 36-hour work week. Rotation requires to work every other weekend. Willingness to do so.
Additional shifts are often available

What You'll Do

As a Psychiatric RN, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidencebased care. Responsibilities include:

Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, highquality care
