# Livestream Host / On-Camera Product Presenter
## Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging livestream hosts to demonstrate products, interact with viewers, and drive sales through TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon Live, and other live-commerce platforms.
On-site opportunities are available in California and Arizona. Qualified applicants may also apply for part-time, work-from-home livestreaming positions.

Hosts should be willing to work across different platforms based on business needs. Product information, platform requirements, and necessary training will be provided.
## Schedule
- Ideally, one livestream session will be scheduled per working day.
- Each livestream will generally last approximately 2–3 hours.
- Exact days and start times will depend on business needs, platform schedules, and host availability.
- Hosts must begin each session on time and complete the scheduled livestream.
- The number of working days and final schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
## Responsibilities
- Host scheduled livestream sessions and complete the required broadcast time
- Present and demonstrate products clearly and enthusiastically
- Explain product features, uses, benefits, and relevant customer scenarios
- Engage with viewers and respond to live questions and comments
- Encourage sales through natural, credible, and persuasive communication
- Maintain positive energy and an attentive, enthusiastic presence throughout each session
- Review product details, pricing, promotions, and presentation points before going live
- Adapt presentation style and pacing for different platforms, audiences, and products
- Collaborate with the team on product demonstrations and short-form content
- Follow platform rules, company livestream standards, and advertising requirements
- Use performance data and team feedback to improve future livestreams
## Product Categories
Hosts may present products from categories including:
- Children’s toys
- Outdoor furniture, lighting, tents, camping gear, and related products
- Household tools, power tools, and electric screwdrivers
- Hair dryers and personal-care appliances
- Staplers, stationery, office supplies, laminators, and laminating products
- Women’s clothing and fashion accessories
- Men’s athletic and casual shoes
- Men’s and women’s fragrances
- Makeup, skincare, soap, body-care products, and essential oils
- Other related consumer products sold by the company
## Qualifications
- Confident, natural, and comfortable on camera
- Energetic, enthusiastic, expressive, and engaging
- Able to explain products clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable interacting with livestream viewers
- Reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled sessions
- Able to learn different products quickly
- Receptive to coaching and performance feedback
- Livestreaming, hosting, acting, sales, retail, or content-creation experience is preferred but not required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
## On-Camera Appearance Standards
Because this is a customer-facing, on-camera position, hosts must maintain a neat, professional, and brand-appropriate appearance during broadcasts.
- Large or prominent visible tattoos should be covered during livestreams when reasonably possible.
- Facial jewelry should remain limited, subtle, and discreet while on camera.
- One small nose stud or a similarly subtle piercing is generally acceptable.
- Multiple prominent facial rings, studs, chains, or other distracting facial jewelry may need to be removed or covered during broadcasts.
- These standards apply consistently to all livestream hosts.
- Reasonable accommodations will be considered as required by applicable law.
## Remote Livestream Requirements
Remote hosts must have or be able to establish a home livestream environment that meets company standards, including:
- A spacious, safe, clean, and dedicated livestream area
- Enough room to demonstrate products and move safely
- A clean and non-distracting background
- A quiet environment without frequent interruptions or foot traffic
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A phone, camera, or computer capable of producing clear video and audio
- A stable tripod or phone stand
- A ring light, soft light, or other suitable front-facing lighting
- Necessary charging equipment, extension cords, and basic streaming accessories
- Availability for equipment, internet, and livestream-environment testing
Before beginning remote work, hosts may be asked to submit photographs of the streaming area, provide a test video, or participate in a remote equipment and internet test.
Applicants are not required to purchase company-specified products. Personal livestream equipment and related expenses will be handled according to applicable law and the company’s written equipment and expense policy. Details will be provided before employment begins.
## Compensation
- Base pay: $18–$40 per hour
- Sales commission: 3%–5% of eligible sales
- The final hourly rate and commission percentage will depend on relevant experience, on-camera ability, sales performance, responsibilities, and work arrangements
- Commission will be calculated using eligible net sales as defined in the company’s written compensation plan
- Refunded, returned, canceled, or charged-back orders will not count toward final commission
- The commission period, payment schedule, eligibility requirements, and calculation method will be provided in writing before employment begins

Use any similar product that you already own and present it as if you were hosting a real livestream.
Your presentation should:
- Clearly introduce the product
- Explain its main features
- Describe its practical benefits
- Identify suitable customers or use cases
- Keep viewers interested and engaged
- Include a natural call to action
Applicants do not need to purchase a specific product, brand, or model. Any product that fits or closely relates to one of the listed categories is acceptable.
## Video Submission Guidelines
- Smartphone recordings are acceptable; professional equipment is not required.
- Record in a quiet, well-lit location.
- Make sure your face and voice are clear.
- Record vertically unless otherwise instructed.
- Do not use beauty filters, face-altering filters, voice modification, or heavy editing.
- Minor trimming at the beginning or end is acceptable.
- Submit accessible links through Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube Unlisted, or another approved method.
- Confirm that all links can be opened without requesting additional access.
Selected applicants may be invited to an on-site interview, video interview, or paid on-camera audition.
