Princeton Construction, one of Arizona’s fastest-growing commercial contractors, is looking for a skilled and dependable Metal Stud Framer / Drywaller / Hanger / Taper / Texture Specialist to join our field team. Position Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded interior construction professional with strong experience in:
- Metal stud framing (commercial preferred)
- Drywall hanging
- Drywall taping and finishing
- Level 3–5 finishes
- Texture application (orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, etc.)
You will work on a variety of commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and ground-up projects across the Phoenix metro area.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional nights and weekends depending on project needs
Other Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening. No past DUIs.
- Zero drug policy including THC.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Base Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
