Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls accurately, and provide prompt assistance
Maintain organized front desk areas, including filing, data entry, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail and time management skills
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, processing word processing requests, and maintaining accurate records with computer literacy
Assist with office management duties including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
Support client communication through phone etiquette and courteous customer support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools
Experience in customer service roles that require professionalism, phone communication expertise, and attention to detail
Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for coordinating schedules effectively
