Plumbing Masters Service Manager

Can you effectively train and coach sales to each of your service technicians with proven results?

Plumbing Masters, a family-run, residential service and repair company in Arizona, is looking for a dynamic Plumbing Sales Service Manager to join our team!

Who You Are

You’re a sales-driven individual with a proven track record of sales success.
You love motivating and training your team, pushing them to exceed to hit every goal, and measuring their performance through key metrics like ticket averages, close rates, revenue, club memberships, and customer reviews.
You know how to spot weaknesses, coach through shortcomings, and celebrate the wins.
You win in all day-to-day operations of a sales manager handling quotes, permitting, coaching one on one, daily role playing, scheduling the right tech to job, watching the dispatch board, holding each team member accountable, disciplinary actions, refunds and complaints.
You are a numbers guy, tracking KPI’s for the company and each technician.
You understand margins and understand that a profitable company measures everything.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive sales performance for each technician call by call
Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales techniques
Track and manage key sales metrics (ticket average, close rates, revenue, etc.)
Develop and implement sales training and role play daily
Motivate the team to push beyond their targets while maintaining customer integrity
Monitor customer satisfaction through reviews and follow-ups
Uphold the values of honesty, transparency, and customer care

Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
Minimum 4 years of proven sales
