SUMMARY
Facilitate the effective operations of the campus workroom. Operate one or more types of duplicating machines t reproduce instructional materials. Work under general supervision to provide clerical assistance to campus faculty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Duplicate, collate, and bind instructional and testing materials for teachers.
Laminate instructional material for campus.
Assist teachers with the preparation of special arts and craft projects as needed
Assist in supervising students throughout the school day, both inside and outside the classroom, including lunchroom duty.
Requisition and maintain accurate inventory of workroom supplies
Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of workroom equipment.
May act as textbook custodian including processing new books, conducting inventory, and filing required reports.
Provide clerical assistance to the school office as needed.
Maintain confidentiality.
Participate in staff development training programs, faculty meetings, and special events as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Superintendent.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED and “Highly Qualified” training certification; or at least 60 hours of college or an associate’s degree.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing. Proficient typing, keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills. Ability to meet established deadlines.
REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
