Our Spa Associates are the welcoming face of the spa and play an essential role in creating a professional, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest. This position combines customer service, front-desk responsibilities, appointment scheduling, and membership sales.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional spa experience
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Educate clients about memberships, services, enhancements, and current promotions
- Meet individual and team membership sales goals
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the spa’s services and products
- Process payments and complete front-desk transactions accurately
- Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas
- Complete basic administrative tasks and maintain client records
- Support therapists, estheticians, and other team members as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by spa management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor
- Comfortable discussing and recommending memberships and services
- Ability to manage several responsibilities in a busy front-desk environment
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or sales experience is preferred
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends is preferred
