Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in <LOCATION>. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the overall financial health of Pro-Copy Inc.
Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

1. Accounts Payable

a. Enter vendor invoices, weekly/monthly payments

b. Royalties

2. Accounts Receivable

a. Keep customer database up to date

b. Enter daily invoices, sales receipts

c. Answering customer billing inquiries

d. Collections using reminders and softcore tactics

i. Must be on top of AR over 90 days all the time.

3. Payroll for 39 Employees – Simple Hour Entry

a. Weekly payroll liability payments

b. Quarterly payroll reports/payments

c. Commissions

4. 401K and/or Garnishment payments

5. HR – organize necessary documents for each employee

6. Sales & Communication Tax calculations and Payments

7. Insurance: Health, Dental and Business

8. Bank Reconciliations

9. Organization Skills Required

10. Microsoft Office Skills at high level

a. Outlook

b. Excel – Extreme usage – need to very proficient skills

c. Word

11. QuickBooks – Enterprise Edition – Must be at expert level

a. Knowledge of the use of Classes

b. Intuit Merchant Services for processing of CC
