You’ll lead a top performing sales team, full of energy and passion for assisting members meet their financial lending goals. If you’re motivated by high performance, creating exceptional member experiences and want to be a part of a mission driving financial institution, this is a strong fit.

As an Assistant Loan Officer Manager, you will:

Help lead and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve and exceed goals.
Coach and mentor loan officers through daily member interactions and sales strategies.
Support hiring, training and onboarding of new loan officers.
Bring fresh ideas, energy and innovation to help grow loan origination.
Guide members through the lending process with confidence, professionalism and care.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Previous sales management or supervisor experience (preferred).
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
Experience in consumer lending, loan origination, or financial sales.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfort with technology, digital lending tools, and remote communication.
