Lucky’s Services is looking for a reliable, motivated Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on support position working alongside our existing crew on commercial and residential exterior cleaning and property maintenance projects throughout San Luis Obispo County.
Our services include window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and recurring commercial property maintenance.
Some of our commercial work is performed early mornings, evenings, and nights, so schedule flexibility is important.
Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial and residential exterior cleaning projects
- Perform pressure washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, soft washing, and other exterior cleaning services
- Set up, operate, clean, and maintain equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Drive company vehicles and tow trailers as needed
- Follow job-site instructions and established cleaning procedures
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure assigned work is completed thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and other team members
- Help care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a crew
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
- Comfortable driving work trucks and towing trailers
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and occasional weekends as scheduled
- Comfortable operating tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility over time
Experience with pressure washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, construction, landscaping, maintenance, handyman work, or similar trades is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 32.0 per week
