Full Job Description

We're a small, established ABA clinic hiring a full-time RBT (or someone motivated to become one) to work directly with children on the autism spectrum in our Chattanooga office. This is a clinic-based position — no driving between homes or schools, no chasing down clients across the county. Same building, familiar faces, consistent schedule.

BCBA-owned. The person making the calls around here is a behavior analyst. Clinical quality isn't a slogan — it's the whole reason the practice exists.

What you'll actually do

Working one-on-one with children, in our clinic, using ABA to help them build real-life skills. In practical terms:

Run individualized programs written by your supervising BCBA (communication, play, social skills, daily living, and behavior reduction)
Take session data on a tablet as you go
Contribute to caregiver training sessions your BCBA leads
Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and prepped for the next session
Communicate with parents about how sessions are going
Show up as part of a team — that means covering for each other, sharing ideas, and helping the day run smoothly

The schedule

Up to 35 direct client hours per week
Remaining weekly hours are paid administrative time (notes, prep, training, team meetings)
Full-time, weekday clinic hours
Family-priority environment — we try to be reasonable about the parts of life that happen outside of work

What we need from you

Someone who genuinely enjoys kids — the play, the goofiness, the patience it takes
Willing to complete the RBT credential within 30 days of hire (we cover training and exam costs)
Comfortable working with children who may show challenging behaviors
Physically able to sit on the floor, move quickly, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using a tablet for data collection
Warm and professional with families; clear and collaborative with teammates
Reliable transportation to our clinic

No ABA experience yet? Also fine. We'll teach you what you need to know through structured onboarding and hands-on training with a supervising BCBA.
