Menspro Health is a growing network of concierge men’s health clinics with 14 locations. We provide physician-led care for sensitive health needs—including TRT, ED, and medical weight loss—in a discreet, respectful environment. The Role

As an Appointment Booking Agent, you are the front-line representative of Menspro Health. This is an on-site, revenue-driving role where you will connect with men who have expressed interest in our services. You will lead conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism to secure new patient consultations.

This role is measured—results matter, and how you achieve them matters just as much. You will be expected to balance high performance with genuine empathy.

This is not a "churn-and-burn" call center. At Menspro, you are supported by strong marketing, expert medical teams, and leadership that values discipline and character. Performance is visible, effort is recognized, and your work directly impacts the health and confidence of our patients.

What You’ll Do:

Outbound Engagement: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads generated through digital and terrestrial marketing campaigns.

Consultation Booking: Lead patients through a proven call framework to schedule consultations across our clinic network.

Expert Communication: Address patient hesitations and questions directly while maintaining a high level of respect and trust.

Sensitive Consultations: Discuss sensitive health topics with discretion, ensuring patients feel comfortable and understood.

CRM Management: Accurately document all activity, follow-ups, and bookings within our systems (HubSpot/AdvanceMD).

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly booking goals to drive clinic growth.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to ensure smooth patient handoffs.

Experience & Requirements:

Preferred Experience: Call center, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience.

High-Volume Calling: Proven experience in high-volume outbound environments is strongly preferred.

Metric-Focused: Experience working toward clear daily or weekly performance goals.

Technical Discipline: Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot/AdvanceMD) is required.

Healthcare Background: Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required; we provide training on our specific medical offerings.

Schedule:

Type: Full-time Mon-Fri, On-site position.

Location: Franklin, TN

Support: Structured environment with in-person training, coaching, and leadership support.
