Full Job Description

Latitude is seeking experienced leveraged finance attorneys to work on assignment with some of Latitude's leading law firm clients. Applicants must have significant law firm (big law) experience representing lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors in leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and acquisition financings, with a strong understanding of credit facilities, credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, collateral packages, syndicated lending transactions, and refinancings, recapitalizations, and amendments. Experience working with banking and financial institution clients is highly preferred, as is exposure to asset finance, structured finance, fund finance, or other complex banking and finance transactions. Latitude is looking for attorneys who can step into sophisticated finance matters with minimal ramp-up.

Requirements for the Leveraged Finance Attorney (Remote):

5+ years of leveraged finance experience representing lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Licensed and in good standing in state of residencey

Position Details for the Leveraged Finance Attorney (Remote):

Type of Role: Engagement
Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)

Compensation:

Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $249,600 to $312,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference (each candidate's pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate's competitiveness for the position).

Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
