Location: Remote within approximately two hours of Cookeville, TN or Chattanooga, TN

Travel: Periodic travel to Chattanooga or Cookeville, TN for planning sessions, content creation, product launches, leadership meetings, and company events is required. Exceptional candidates outside this area may also be considered.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for transforming ideas into exceptional marketing.

You'll work directly with executive leadership to develop marketing strategies, product launch plans, campaign calendars, messaging, and creative direction.

You'll identify what needs to be created, determine who should create it, establish priorities, and ensure every campaign is executed at a high level.

You won't be expected to create every graphic yourself. Instead, you'll lead the creative process by developing the strategy, directing the work, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating internal team members and freelance creatives when needed.

Responsibilities

Develop Ryze's overall brand and marketing strategy.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, recruiting campaigns, and company initiatives.
Build campaign calendars, launch timelines, and marketing roadmaps.
Translate executive vision into clear marketing plans and actionable projects.
Determine the creative assets needed for each campaign and coordinate resources appropriately.
Lead creative direction across branding, social media, email marketing, presentations, photography, video, digital advertising, and print materials.
Mentor and guide the internal marketing team by providing feedback, coaching, and creative direction.
Coordinate freelance designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other creative partners as needed.
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency with Ryze's brand standards.
Establish and maintain brand guidelines across all customer and consultant touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Build systems and workflows that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Leverage AI tools to improve planning, creativity, productivity, and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, creative strategy, or marketing leadership.
Proven success developing and leading marketing campaigns.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign strategy, and creative direction.
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative software.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies.
Experience managing creative projects or leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in retail, consumer products, fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle brands, or direct sales is highly preferred.
