In-House Contracts Paralegal

If you’re a paralegal who thrives on ownership and fast-paced work, this opportunity is worth a look. Latitude is partnering with a growing healthcare company in Franklin, TN to find a driven Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative—leading contract management and administration, supporting legal drafting, maintaining corporate records, and researching state law. You’ll play a key role in keeping the legal function running smoothly in a collaborative, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings in-house healthcare experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity and candidates should be located in the Middle-Tennessee area as it is a hybrid role (onsite 1-2 days/week).

Basic Requirements for the In-House Paralegal:

5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house environment required
In-house experience within a healthcare-related organization preferred
Proficiency with administering contracts, ideally using contract management software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding professional references

Compensation:

Pay: The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
