Heavy Equipment Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$23.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Operate large excavators and front-end loaders to move, load, and unload aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand.
Safely load materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
Follow all company safety procedures while working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Maintain clean work areas and assist with general yard operations as needed.

Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating large excavators and front-end loaders; 3 to 5 years preferred.
Proven ability to safely load and unload materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles. Knowledge of aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand handling, along with safe equipment operating practices.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and frequently climb on and off heavy equipment.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.
