Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lash Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver expert eyelash extension services, advanced skin treatments, and a variety of aesthetic procedures that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your energetic approach and dedication to exceptional customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and inspired. Duties

Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise technique and client satisfaction
Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of tools and treatment areas
Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and educating clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products
Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new guests
Support front desk operations by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and salon revenue

Skills

Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, or esthetic treatments
Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired outcomes and treatment options
Familiarity with salon software systems for retail sales, product demos, and guest management
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business
Competence in social media management for marketing purposes and brand promotion
Sanitation expertise ensuring all procedures adhere to health regulations and safety standards
