Role Definition
Exercise decision-making authority to prepare, review, book, and fund financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability.
- Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record.
- Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors.
