Marketing Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Type: Full-Time

Reports To: CEO

About Golf Cart Group

Golf Cart Group operates two fast-growing dealership brands - Street Legal Golf Carts and Nashville Powersports - serving both consumer and business customers across Tennessee, Florida, and beyond. Our B2C business drives direct retail sales, rentals and brand awareness, while our B2B channels serve property managers, vacation rental operators, residential developers, and commercial facility operators. We are scaling both sides of the business and need a Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution across all of it.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll inherit a strong foundation of B2B programs and take ownership of marketing across both our B2B and B2C brands. You'll manage agency partners, oversee digital and content channels, organize content shoots and events, and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact.

This is a true player-coach role. You'll be responsible for setting the marketing strategy, analyzing performance data, prioritizing initiatives, and making decisions that compound over time. At the same time, you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute—working directly with agencies, reviewing creative, building sales assets, supporting events, running outreach, cleaning up CRM data, or jumping into whatever the business needs.

Success in this role comes from balancing long-term thinking with day-to-day execution. Especially in the early stages, you'll be expected to wear multiple hats, build momentum, and lead by doing.

What You Will Own

B2B Partnership Programs

Lead and scale the Property Manager Partner Program targeting vacation rental management companies, driving partner acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth
Drive the Builder Partnership Program to position Golf Cart Group as the preferred partner for new residential developments
Expand the Commercial Utility Cart Program for facilities teams, farms, industrial operators, apartment communities, and other commercial customers
Own partner marketing campaigns, outreach sequences, sales enablement assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies), and partner tracking processes
Partner closely with Business Development Representatives by developing target account lists, refining outbound messaging and sequences, creating sales collateral, and supporting follow-up campaigns to improve conversion

B2C Marketing & Brand

Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns for both Street Legal and Nashville Powersports
Own local SEO strategy, online reputation management, and customer review programs to increase local visibility and retail demand
Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization to improve lead generation across both brands
Oversee content creation, including photo and video shoots—you will be on-site to direct and manage production
Drive local event marketing, seasonal campaigns, and lifestyle content that builds brand affinity
Manage SEO, generative engine optimization, AI search optimization, email marketing, paid media, and social media strategy in coordination with agency partners

Digital, CRM & Reporting

Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the company CRM to improve sales workflows and marketing attribution
Build dashboards that track leads, partner activity, revenue attribution, campaign performance, and channel effectiveness
Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales for both consumer and business customers
Measure and optimize website performance, landing page conversion rates, and marketing funnel performance

Team & Agency Management

Partner closely with Business Development Representatives, equipping them with campaigns, messaging, sales assets, and marketing support that improves outbound effectiveness
Serve as the day-to-day lead for content, design, SEO, and paid media agency partners
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and aligned with business priorities
Significantly reduce the CEO's involvement in day-to-day marketing operations

Key Metrics You Will Be Held To

B2B: Partner meetings booked, active partnerships established, referrals generated, placement agreements signed, and partner-sourced revenue
B2C: Lead volume, cost per lead, website conversion rate, local search visibility, online review growth, campaign revenue attribution, event attendance, and conversions
Cross-channel: CRM adoption and data quality, marketing-to-sales conversion rates, revenue by channel, and marketing's share of the total sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For

Required

7+ years of marketing experience spanning both B2B and B2C
Experience managing content production including on-site shoots and event marketing
Comfortable being the strategic decision-maker and the person who rolls up their sleeves
Strong CRM experience
Data-driven: you adjust strategy based on what the numbers are telling you
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write compelling sales assets and campaign copy
Located in or near Nashville, TN or Destin, Florida for efficient travel to both markets

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, powersports, or outdoor/lifestyle industries
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner/channel programs
Experience managing BDRs or inside sales reps
Background working with and managing paid media and content agencies
