Full Job Description

Elite Smiles Dental, a locally owned and patient-focused practice, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options while providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the financial aspects of their care.

At Elite Smiles Dental, we believe that patients come first. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.

Primary Responsibilities

Present and explain recommended treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner.
Educate patients on the value and benefits of their treatment options.
Review financial arrangements and create payment plans that meet patients' needs.
Verify and explain dental insurance benefits, coverage, and estimated patient responsibility.
Coordinate treatment scheduling to maximize patient care and office efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and patients to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans.

Qualifications

Preferred:

Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Dental Office Coordinator, or similar role in a dental practice.
Working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment planning.
Experience discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients.
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and benefit breakdowns.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to build trust and confidence with patients.
Experience using dental practice management software
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
