Full Job Description

Document Imaging Associate

Location: Terre Haute, IN (On-Site)

Status: Peak-Time (approximately 20 hours per week), Hourly Non-Exempt

As a Peak-Time Document Imaging Associate, you'll help maintain the integrity of our digital records by ensuring important loan and banking documents are accurately scanned, verified, and securely managed.

This Peak-Time position is designed to support our team during periods of increased workload and is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. It's an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while gaining valuable experience in banking operations.

What You’ll Do

Digitize important records: Scan loan and operational documents into the Bank's document imaging system.
Ensure image quality: Review scanned documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before finalizing records.
Process daily workloads: Print reports and organize documents according to established departmental procedures.
Maintain documentation: Complete production logs and other required tracking documentation.
Manage document retention: Prepare physical documents for secure storage or destruction in accordance with Bank policies.
Support team operations: Assist with additional departmental projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience using computers and standard business software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines
Ability to accurately review documents for quality and completeness
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and Bank information
Ability to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and scanning equipment for extended periods
Ability to frequently move, organize, and handle paper files and documents
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
