Workforce Administrator – Scheduling & Dispatch Specialist

Onsite: Morristown, NJ

Available Schedules

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
2nd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
3rd Shift: Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Administrator with a strong background in high-volume employee scheduling and dispatching to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is responsible for supporting real-time workforce operations through accurate scheduling, data management, and timely workforce adjustments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing changing staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of workforce scheduling, dispatching, or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience with workforce management systems such as Kronos or comparable platforms.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing workforce needs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet applicable local, state, and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real-time workforce operations, including employee scheduling and resource allocation.
Input and maintain accurate scheduling and workforce data in Kronos and Workforce Management Systems.
Manage scheduling exceptions, call-outs, time-off requests, and staffing discrepancies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for real-time scheduling updates and workforce adjustments.
Monitor staffing levels and respond quickly to changing operational needs.
Generate and review workforce reports to support operational decision-making.
Provide workforce performance insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with the Workforce Planner and operational teams to support staffing, compliance, and overall workforce efficiency.

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
