We’re looking for a Contact Center Collections Agent who can communicate effectively, think on their feet, and handle challenging conversations with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

As a Collections Agent, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers with past-due accounts. Your goal is to assist customers in getting their account in good standing while maintaining a positive customer relationship and representing the Roundstone brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and text messages regarding past-due accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements that work for both the customer and the company.
Provide detailed account information, including balances, payment history, and due dates.
Resolve customer concerns, disputes, and billing discrepancies.
Navigating multiple software systems to maintain accurate, detailed customer records and complete electronic documentation.
Follow all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
Deliver outstanding customer service, even in difficult conversations.
Meet individual and team collection goals while maintaining quality standards.
Adapt quickly to changes and support overall contact center operations.

Ability to multitask across multiple systems and software.
Professionalism, patience, and empathy under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
Previous collections experience.
