Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with professionalism, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Check guests in and out using computer literacy and office management software such as Microsoft Office and productivity tools
Maintain accurate data entry records for reservations, billing, and guest information
Handle filing, proofreading, and clerical tasks to support smooth front desk operations
Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for hotel staff when needed
Support office management duties including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles, preferably in a hospitality or medical/dental setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Previous front desk or administrative experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of bookkeeping, proofing documents, filing systems, and technical proficiency in productivity software
