Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our 14 unit restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operations, driving sales, implementing strategic initiatives, and coaching/developing team members. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that each restaurant meets our high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance profitability across all locations.
Supervise restaurant managers, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and promote team development.
Monitor financial performance, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage project management efforts related to new openings, renovations, or other significant changes within the district.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry or related field, with a strong ability to manage teams effectively.
Demonstrated success in driving sales through strategic planning and execution.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in coaching and developing staff at various levels.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on profit loss management and financial oversight.
Experience in process improvement methodologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from conception through completion.
