At Taste Buds Kitchen, we're not looking for professional chefs.
We're looking for high-energy, outgoing people who know how to make guests feel welcome, keep a room engaged, and hustle when things get busy.
If you're the person who notices when someone needs help, jumps in without being asked, starts conversations with strangers, and brings energy to a room, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Host, you'll create memorable experiences for kids, families, couples, and corporate groups.
You'll:
- Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Lead fun, interactive cooking classes and events
- Talk with guests, learn names, ask questions, and keep people engaged
- Explain recipes and cooking steps in an easy, entertaining way
- Keep the energy up and the event moving
- Anticipate what guests need instead of waiting to be asked
- Jump in wherever needed—setting up, helping guests, clearing dishes, cleaning, and resetting the kitchen
- Host birthday parties, family events, adult BYOB classes, camps, and corporate team-building events
This Is a Hands-On, High-Energy Job
Our best hosts don't stand at the front of the room and simply explain a recipe.
They're constantly moving.
They're checking on guests. They're starting conversations. They're helping a child who is struggling. They're clearing a station. They're getting the next ingredient ready. They're making people laugh. They're solving little problems before guests even notice them.
Great hospitality + hustle + personality = a great Taste Buds Kitchen host.
