Full Job Description

We are in search of motivated, consultative, solution-oriented professionals to join our Client Services Representative (CSR) team. The ideal candidate will quickly learn the labelling industry (prior experience is a significant plus) and is eager to ensure that each potential customer’s use case is well understood to ensure we are recommending the best products and building lasting relationships.

We serve clients across the US, from small businesses to enterprise-size household brand names. Our clients, no matter how small, are serviced by our Client Service team to ensure we are always working to exceed their expectations.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are searching for candidates who are comfortable acting as a trusted advisor supporting inbound sales inquiries and will quickly learn our products and industry to make thoughtful, value-based recommendations. You will be the front lines and first point of contact for our clients, and you will ensure that their experience is the best in the industry. You will ask questions, identify pain points and needs, and seek solutions. You will have excellent written, oral, grammar, and overall communication skills. You are tech savvy, and able to navigate various software platforms to engage in emails, online chat, phone, and customer relationship management software for tracking your activities.

Your success will be driven by your ability to effectively connect customers with the best solution from a variety of options and clearly articulate pros and cons (including value) of different potential solutions. You will act as a backup to our Dedicated Account Managers, Account Executives, and be a liaison of communication between the client and our company.

Responsibilities

CSR’s act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales and customer service inquiries and are available during their scheduled business hours
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, helpful, and consultative mindset
Understand customer’s business needs and help navigate questions about product, art, and design decisions to recommend and deliver the most appropriate solution
Be an active listener, and seek ways to solve our clients' needs
Provide solutions, and have a 'never say no' attitude towards helping a customer
Help customers with orders, templates, printing, troubleshooting, product selection, application questions
Answer questions regarding adhesives, materials, use cases for our product lines, and determining the best suite of product specifications to solve a need
Practice excellent written and oral communication skills
Take excellent and detailed notes, and maintain accurate and up to date information in our client database so the entire team can see all activities and information accurately and precisely
Must understand the importance of putting the customer first!

Requirements for our Client Services

3+ years in Customer Service or Sales Development roles
Experience in the custom label printing / manufacturing industry strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them effectively in customer-facing scenarios
Polished phone presence and no call reluctancy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have a calm, professional demeanor to solve problems and help customers who are in need of assistance in a meaningful way
Must be able to relate to others and the ability to build rapport and trust
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to jump in and help other team members
Proficiency with web-based tools – such as CRM’s, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, as well as excellent computer skills, with a basic understanding of sales support tools
Coachable, open to feedback, and generally curious
Extremely detail oriented, and always double checking your work to ensure accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
