Step into a turn-key Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice with an immediate patient base as a senior physician transitions out over the next couple of years. This is a high-volume, private-practice setting designed for surgeons who want autonomy now and ownership soon. If you're an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon looking to build quickly with strong surgical volume and a clear path to partnership, this is worth a closer look.

Practice Overview

You'll join a physician-owned orthopedic group with established referral patterns and strong regional presence
Step into an existing hand/upper extremity panel with pent-up demand and immediate access to cases
Practice model supports both clinic and OR-heavy weeks, with the infrastructure to keep you moving
Optional growth runway through nearby satellite clinics if you want to expand your footprint

Schedule

Typical hand surgeon cadence: about 2.5 clinic days and 2.5 surgery days per week
High surgical volume available from day one, with room to shape your case mix as you ramp
Trauma call opportunities available as senior partners reduce coverage
Built-in flexibility to pursue satellite clinic time if desired

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary plus collections
Incentives include a fellowship stipend plus relocation support
Highly compensated hand trauma call

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
Comfort stepping into a busy practice with strong procedural volume
Interest in ownership and long-term private practice participation
