Believe Dental is a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving patients and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

We are looking for a general dentist to join our private practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality dentistry to patients with special needs. Our modern 8-operatory facility is home to a collaborative, long-tenured team committed to exceptional patient care, mentorship, and professional growth in a supportive environment where patients are never treated like a number. With steady new patient flow and a loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated general dentist seeking clinical growth, strong earnings, and long-term career satisfaction. This position requires approximately 30-35 hours per week of high-reward, high-impact dentistry serving patients with special needs.

New grads are welcome. The *key* to success with Believe Dental is sharing our passion to provide great clinical and personal care to our patients. The vast majority of our clinical needs are "bread and butter" general dentistry. Candidates with interest in mentorship and additional advanced dentistry training are encouraged to apply. We offer limitless growth and partnership opportunities for those interested in growing and managing a practice.

Compensation Structure:
● $700 daily minimum guarantee or 30% of collections — whichever is higher. 1 year of fixed guaranteed minimum.
● Annual earning potential: $200,000–$300,000+ Benefits & Perks:
● $2,000 relocation assistance

● $2,500 annual CE allowance
● 401(k) with employer match
● No weekends

Schedule Options
● Full-time: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)
● Optional Fridays available (option to work Tuesday to Friday)
● Flexible start times: 7:00am or 9:00am and end times: 3:00pm or 5:00pm
● Part-time options considered

Scope of Practice
Comprehensive general dentistry including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures & partials, extractions (including third molars), implants(mentorship available), veneers, and pediatric & geriatric care.

● DDS / DMD licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
● New Graduates are welcome - Mentorship available!
● AEGD/GPR, and foreign-trained dentists welcome
● Strong clinical foundation and desire to grow
● Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
This is a long-term associate opportunity with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. Dentists who prefer to remain long-term career associates are also welcome.

Estimated 2.3% of the U.S. population is diagnosed with an intellectual disability (the incidence of autism among kids is higher and continues to increase), and dentistry is the biggest healthcare challenge these individuals face. We are here to help!

Our company has been in practice since the 1980s in San Antonio, and we expanded to Houston in 2022 to continue growing and serving more individuals and families. No dental company across the country is focused on this and trying to grow like we are. We have a board certified cardio thoracic anesthesiologist providing safe in-office general anesthesia.
