Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Funder to join our top producing closing team. The Funder will play a critical role in managing the funding process for real estate transactions, ensuring that all funds are properly secured, disbursed, and documented in accordance with company policies and industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of escrow procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders involved in the closing process.

Responsibilities

Oversee the funding process for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Review and verify all necessary documentation related to the funding process.
Coordinate with clients to facilitate smooth fund transfers.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations during the funding process.
Maintain detailed records of all funding transactions for audit purposes and future reference.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to funds or documentation promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about changes in regulations or industry best practices affecting escrow funding procedures.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a title company or real estate closing environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency with relevant software systems used in title and escrow operations is a plus.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
