Full Job Description

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an On-site Call Center Service Agent at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. Here, we believe in empowerment. Passion is at the heart of everything we do from the dedication of every team member, we're driven by a shared commitment to excellence.

This role is 100% in-office and requires the ability to work weekends and overtime as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and route them to the correct department
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
Provide pricing to client families and schedule appointments
Management of the service/appointment calendar
Walking families through the next steps after a passing has occurred

Compensation of $20/hr.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
