St. David's Children's Hospital, in vibrant and sunny Austin, Texas, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) physician to join our dedicated team. The Opportunity

Join a skilled, collaborative team in a dedicated 10-bed pediatric emergency department
Care for 25,000+ pediatric ED visits annually, with <2 patients per clinical hour
Practice in a state-of-the-art facility located within St. David's North Austin Medical Center (360+ beds)
Enjoy advanced pediatric resources including: 24/7 pediatric specialty support (cardiology, ortho, neuro, surgery and more), pediatric-trained radiologists and child life specialists, and pediatric hospitalists and intensivists on-site
Supported by experienced advanced practice clinicians

ABP/ABEM certified with board certification or eligibility in pediatric emergency medicine

St. David's Children's Hospital is a dedicated pediatric care facility that includes a 10-bed emergency department, 8-bed medical surgical inpatient unit and 6-bed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). The facility offers a wide array of pediatric services, including pediatric surgery, radiology, anesthesia as well as consult and treatment for cardiology, orthopedics, neurology and urology. The children's hospital is part of St. David's HealthCare, one of the largest health systems in Texas, which includes seven of the area's leading hospitals. The organization has received the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award and is the third-largest private employer in the Austin area.
